An Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) Certified Electrical Spotter is a person who is trained to spot (observe) for any personnel,
mechanical plant or equipment working near Overhead and Underground assets.

Overhead Power Lines
The Spotters R Us spotter requirements differ according to the distance from the overhead power lines. There is no spotter requirements if the work is done outside 6.4 metres from electrical lines.
