Spotters R Us are accredited,  qualified and experienced to undertake electrical spotting for all types of mobile plant and equipment with certified dogman & riggers onboard our team.

Quality Management System

In 2017 SPOTTERs R Us sought to align ourselves with ISO 9001, “Quality Endorsed” system. After many consultations with industry professionals and the restructuring of our processes, we achieved our goal in line with the AS/NZS ISO9001 accreditation for our operations.

Today, SPOTTERs R Us continue to strive to deliver, the best possible service to our customers and as such we have continued to monitor and update our Quality Management systems.

Most importantly, it means that our business systems, practices and process can be applied to our national business and ensure that our clients can be assured that we can provide service in a manner that is reliably consistent, effective, deliverable and exceeds common quality systems.

It also gives us an opportunity to identify areas for improvement in the way we deliver our service and gives us a
competitive edge over other recruitment companies.

Occupation Health & Safety

In 2018, also restructured our practices meet requirements of SafetyMAP, an Occupational Health and Safety Management Program designed by the Victorian WorkCover Authority. SafetyMAP aimed to improve standards of health and safety in the workplace and ensure that we meet all OHS legislative requirements.

Since then and with the growth of SPOTTERs R US into a specialised Labour Hire Company and the desire to continue to be at the forefront of OHS, a decision was made to transition our OHS system from the principles of SafetyMAP to follow an Australian nationally recognised OHS system known as
AS4801:2001.

Our commitment to OHS has remained a key focus to ensure the health, safety and welfare of contractors and staff in the workplace.

As an employer, SPOTTERs R Us has a responsibility to protect the health, safety and welfare of all our
employees, both internally and on site. We accomplish this by:

• Requiring Principle contractors/ Hosts to provide workers with a comprehensive site inductions.
• Ensuring all Hosts provide our workers with knowledge in the form of Tool Box talks, re-inductions, follow ups and newsletters.
• Gaining clients’ cooperation in our “Partnership in Safety Program” where they too assist in providing our workers with a safe working environment and support our OHS processes.
